Our Wedding

We met on an online dating app. That's how people do it in 2015 right?!?! We both lived in the same neighborhood. Our first date was at Cameli's Pizza in Little 5 Points. Ian tried to be romantic and picked a rooftop with a view of the city. It was surprising really cool and windy that night. We ended up moving our seats in doors. We continued to see each other every day after that. After only a week…we made it official on Memorial Day!

How we met

Ian had wanted us to get professional pictures made for our home together. He told me we were going to have pictures made in Piedmont Park by some friends that are photographers. We went to the park and started taking pictures. The weather was nice and breezy and the park was very active. While standing under a tree, Ian said he had a cramp in his leg but started messing with his pocket. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I said YES! We continued to take pictures. I then realized these were our actual engagement pictures. His picnic basket for a prop was actually packed with champagne and glasses to cheers and celebrate our future.
