~frequently asked questions~

What is the dress code?

Formal, modern, classic. It's only once-in-a-blue-moon that you get to dress up for events like this, right? We would love for you all to feel your best with confidence - and we have a pretty nice venue. (free photo ops!) 📷

Choose your dress preference: 💃🏻🕺🏻

**Floor-length maxi, midi, or tea-length cocktail or evening dress. Consider strapped heels or sandals for comfort.

**A formal button down shirt tucked into dress pants with comfortable loafers or dress shoes and a nice, tailored blazer.

We kindly ask for everyone to dress appropriately and modestly.

Since our wedding will be in August, it will fall between Summer and Fall weather. Breathable fabrics like chiffon, light cotton or light linen, and rayon will help with staying cool. We highly suggest checking the weather a few days prior to adjust your wardrobe accordingly.

What are the wedding colors?

Our wedding colors are different shades of Tan/Beige and Sage Green. Feel free to coordinate your dress to these colors! We would love if your attire matches with the aesthetics of our wedding. Please note that full white dress is reserved for the bride.

How do I RSVP?

Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code on the invitation, and/or visit the "RSVP" tab on our website. Here, you can enter your name to search up you/your household to RVSP. Deadline to RSVP for yourself and a guest is by Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. If you plan on not attending (we’ll miss you!), there will be a “decline” option in the RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes, we love bonus family! Please utilize the RSVP tab on our website, there will be a question there to add your plus one. Deadline to RSVP for yourself and a guest is by Tuesday, July 1st, 2025.

Are kids allowed to attend?

Yes, we are excited to celebrate with the entire family. There will be plenty of outdoor and indoor space to stretch little legs to let out some energy, and we can't wait to see them break it down on the dance floor. We ask that they stay out of special moments/dances, and step away if they happen to get vocal. Please keep in mind that it will be an adult environment with music may consist of explicit language and alcohol present.

What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?

We are both nurses, but will be off duty for this night. ;) There will be a question inquiring to include any dietary restriction, or any food allergies when you RSVP.

What time should guests start arriving?

Guests are welcome to start arriving at 4:30pm until ceremony start time at 5pm. It is highly suggested to arrive early to allow for ample time to find parking. Parking on-site is free - there is a lot next to the ceremony site for easy access. If taking ride share to/from the venue, there is a half roundabout in the front for drop off/pick up.

To minimize distractions during the ceremony, guests arriving past 5pm will be asked to wait outside of the ceremony area until cocktail hour begins.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The Ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The Reception will take place indoors, with option to walk out into a balcony.

Where is guest parking? Is parking free?

Guest parking is on site and free. If you had too much to drink from the open bar and need to hitch a ride from someone at the end of the night, the venue does allow for guests to leave their car at the venue overnight. Please drink responsibly - the safety of our friends and family are of utmost importance.

Do we have to buy our own drinks?

Drinks are on us! 🥂 Our venue will have open bar with top-shelf spirits, champagne & beer, wine, soda, and juices throughout the evening. Tips for the staff are voluntary and always appreciated. There will be a self-serve beverage station with coffee, tea and water. We do ask everyone in attendance to drink responsibly.
