Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at the AmericInn in Iron River, MI. This is the only location we will have a shuttle to and from the venue.

Although we love your kids, in order to give our guests (and parents!) a night of relaxation (and fun!), we respectfully request no children at our wedding.

We'd love for our loved ones to get dressed up with us! The dress code is semi-formal preferred. Semi-formal is more formal than what you would wear to an office, but slightly less formal than what you would wear to a formal event. Women may wear a nice cocktail dress, day dress, or dressy pantsuit. Men may wear a business suit or a dress shirt and slacks (a tie being optional).

***Reminder -- The ceremony and cocktail hour are outside and the barn does not have AC, so please dress appropriately. We will provide paper fans for the ceremony and we will have box fans inside the barn too.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

We recommend arriving to the venue about 15-20 minutes ahead of our scheduled start time (4:30 PM) to ensure everyone is seated and settled so we can start on time.

Of course! Beer, wine, cocktails and seltzers will be available at the bar free of cost (but we recommend bringing cash to tip our amazing bartender)! We will also have water bottles and pop for those that don't want alcohol.

We love to see all the photos and videos you take from the night (not during the ceremony though). Please feel free to text them to Kevin or Bree AFTER the wedding day so they can enjoy all the memories from their big day!
