Aisha is one of the brides besties and one third of the trio. Having known the bride for more than three decades, they have shared in so many of life’s ups and downs. The bride, Aisha and Torri are not only the best of friends but also business partners. Aisha and the bride have raised their children together, traveled the world together, but also encourage each other in their spiritual walk. Aisha is the true definition of a best friend.

The youngest blood sister of the bride and the only person to have known her all her life. You can often find these two arguing like only sisters can, but will be the first to show up for one another when anything happens..like only sisters do. While Altamese is the baby, she often tries to be the boss and the bride lets her because in the end, we all know whose right. Altamese is a sister who will always have your back. If the bride is rocking, then she is rolling.

The brides biological parents (who are both now with the ancestors) did not leave her with any brothers, however Kenneth (Kenny) and Charles (Ricco) have been the closest things to brothers for the bride for nearly three decades. They have shared in life’s ups and downs and have never waivered. The bride feels honored that they would agree to participate in the wedding and agree to give her away to the groom. Everyone needs a Kenny and a Ricco in their lives.

Kameron is the bride's one and only son also known as Poog. He is the joy of the bride's heart and they share a very special mother/son bond. Kameron is a junior at Archbishop Curley High School and to know him is to love him. He is so giving, warm and loving. There isn’t a person on this earth who comes in contact with him that doesn’t see his loving heart. He is the son that every mother is proud of. The bride feels so blessed to share this experience with her son.

Kayla is the bride's one and only daughter also known as Lovey. She is the heart of the bride as they have grown to having their perfect mother/daughter bond. Kayla is a sophomore at Spelman College. While the bride misses her terribly when Kayla is away at college, the bride is so proud of her accomplishments and knows that she will go far in life. Kayla is confident, strong and a manifesto of all things good. The bride is so elated to share in this experience with her daughter.

Lisa is the sister of the groom and has welcomed the bride into her family with open arms. She has supported the bride, shown up for her and planned the best Karaoke event anyone has ever had. While their relationship is just getting started, the bride feels so blessed to have such an open, warm and loving sister-in-law.

Co-Worker turned Bestie, Melissa and the Bride have known each other for about ten years. They started out as co-workers and turned into the best of friends. From adventures like bike riding around Montebello Lake or Prince themed concerts, they share so many secrets and memories. Melissa has shared so many life experiences with the bride and the bride is grateful to add this memory to the list. Melissa is the friend who you can share your secrets with and there is no judgment.

Morgan is the niece and second daughter of the bride. Having been there when she was born, they have a special aunt/niece bond. Morgan is a sophomore at the Bride’s Alma Mater of Delaware State University. Morgan is the epitome of a true hustler and is committed to her success. The bride is in awe of Morgan’s strength, courage and confidence.

Tierra is one of the brides closest friends and planner extraordinaire. You will never come to an event planned by Tierra and not leave amazed. She has an exceptional gift of making people feel special and she is so selfless. The bride feels blessed that Tierra agreed to be the wedding coordinator and has gone above and beyond any expectations. She is the person you want on your team.

The second of the trio, Torri is also one of the brides besties. They have traveled the world together as well, sang on the choir together at church and both hold leadership roles in NABSW (an organization near & dear to the both of them). They also decided to pursue their doctoral degrees at the same time, ensuring to encourage one another. Torri is the one friend everyone needs because she will always give it to you straight no chaser.
