It all started with a swipe to the right. After talking for a week Khristie and Nick went on their first date at Half Moon Point and instantly hit it off. They stayed and talked for over two hours at dinner. The more they talked the more they realized that they had many things in common. They also realized that they had a lot of coincidental connections. The dinner went so well that they didn't want the night to end, so they continued their date with a walk on the beach which was the most magical night of their lives. Almost picturesque fireworks were going off in Point Pleasant and Seaside, the sky was crystal clear and covered with stars. They fell asleep talking and looking up at the stars until the high tide came in and woke them up. Nick didn't make it home until the early morning and didn't make it to overtime that Saturday morning. After Nick told his supervisor he was alive and sorry for missing his alarm for work, he called Khristie and asked her if she would want to hang out again. Ever since that day Khristie and Nick have been inseparable. They instantly knew that they had found their missing puzzle piece when they found each other. On "Kiss a Red Head" day, Nick got down on one knee, while Khristie was still in her work clothes and said all that his heart felt. Tears in her eyes, Khristie said "IN MY WORK CLOTHES". As he stood up, Khristie looked him "You didn't even ask me", followed by Nick asking and the rest is history. They spent the night, FaceTiming and calling their closest family and friends sharing the amazing news and of course the beautiful ring. They spent the weekend celebrating what should have been Nick's birthday week, celebrating their love!
