The ceremony begins promptly at 4 p.m. Please arrive with plenty of time prior to the ceremony start time to ensure that you do not miss anything and that we can start on time. Dinner, drinks and dancing to follow!

As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue’s capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We’d love to see our friends & family dress up with us! Please just refrain from wearing white or shades of white. Our color pallet includes burgundy, pine, and a dark orange if anyone is wanting to coordinate their outfits.

We will be providing a taco bar, with beef or chicken along with all of the fixings. There will also be chips, salsa and queso provided (:

There will be an 'open' type of bar. At the bar we will provide water, different flavors of Jarrito sodas, vodka and whiskey for mixed drinks, and a variety of beer. There will be a ticket card issued to each individual drinking that will allow you to get 4 free drinks. Please be respectful and mindful of how many drinks you are at so everyone attending can each have their share. **PLEASE ALSO BRING CASH TO TIP OUR BARTENDERS**

There is a parking lot that holds a good amount of cars, but if possible PLEASE carpool so that we are able to accommodate all of our guests. There is no parking on Woodend Rd. as it is too busy and can be very dangerous. If it does fill up, the venue will assist in getting everyone parked safely. There is also no cars allowed to be left over night. So please plan accordingly so that you get home safe & no cars have to be towed!
