We love your little ones and they are welcome at our wedding! That said, as our venue is a bit on the smaller side, if you're able to arrange childcare, we would be so grateful. This will help ensure there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and celebrate together.

No, we are having an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras away until after the “I Do’s”, then snap away and share!

We kindly ask our guest to wear formal attire. Black tie is ideal, but not mandatory.

If your invitation includes “and guest” or "+ One" then yes! Otherwise no, as our venue has a strict guest limit that we have to stay under to ensure everyone is comfortable in the space provided!

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time before the deadline. We will also include a QR code on the invite you can scan with your phone!

If you do not RSVP by 7/15/26, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide EXACT head count to our vendors and chair spaces and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending” but find that you will not make it, please contact Kianna or Jay as soon as you are aware.

Please arrive 30 minutes before to get seated before the ceremony begins. The venue is smaller & we would not like people walking around and seating themselves while the wedding party is walking down the aisle.

Our ceremony will take place on September 12, 2026 at 7265 Pawnee Rd Gibbon NE. The ceremony begins at 4pm with cocktail hour and reception to follow.

The venue is in Gibbon NE. It is called “The Chalet” which you can google for directions. Otherwise I will add a picture of the map under the travel tab.

Parking is available on-site and is free for all guests. Do not park up front by the building. When you turn into the lot, to your left will be a grassy field. That will be where you park.

No, everyone is responsible for their own transportation to & from the venue.

The nearest airport is Lincoln/Omaha Airport. The hotels are in kearney, about 15-20 minutes away from the venue.
