When are RSVPs due?
So we can ensure adequate planning time with our venues, caterers, and other coordinating team members, we kindly ask that you RSVP before Friday, September 6, 2024.
How can I RSVP?
Please submit all RSVPs through this website. This is a joyously busy time for us, so we are unable to accommodate RSVPs via mail, text, call, social media, etc. Again, please make sure to RSVP through this website.
Can I bring an additional plus-one?
All invited guests will receive a personal invitation. Due to capacity constraints at our venues, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
Are children welcome?
While we enjoy spending time with the little ones, we invite our guests to come and celebrate our special day in a child-free setting.
Have you reserved rooms at local hotels?
Yes, please refer to our Travel and Accomodations section for information on discounts at area hotels.
Is transportation provided?
No, all guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the ceremony and reception. This includes transportation to and from suggested hotels.
Which hotels do you recommend?
Please refer to our Travel and Accommodations section for recommended hotels that offer discounted pricing.
What is the weather like for the wedding?
Octobers in Cleveland are variable -- sunshine, rain, and snow are not out of the question. Please check the weather forecast as the wedding approaches.
Are the ceremony and reception outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors (although the venue for the reception has an outdoor patio area available to us.)
What is parking like?
There are two large parking lots adjacent to the church.
The Aviator has a large parking lot with plenty of parking.
Can I take pictures at the ceremony?
We are requesting an "unplugged" ceremony in hopes that our guests will be present and share in our special moment. We especially request that no pictures be taken that obstruct our photography and videography crew.
Is there a dress code?
We invite our guests to dress in semi-formal or dressy-casual attire.
Will there be food?
Of course! There will be a cocktail hour with passed appetizers, plated dinner service, and after-dinner desserts!
How can I communicate my dietary restrictions?
All guests are invited to specify dietary restrictions when they RSVP. This includes allergies, sensitivities to gluten and dairy, and vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan notations.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar for the majority of the reception. Please consider bringing cash to tip the bar staff!

What is the itinerary for the day?
The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30pm. Late guests will not be seated until after the processional. Following the ceremony, we invite you to fellowship and explore the city until the reception, which begins at 6:00pm and ends at 11:00pm.
