How do we get to the venue?
Shuttle will be available to and from Wind Creek Bethlehem. Parking available on site at Blue Mountain if you drive to the venue.
Is there a special room rate if I book at Wind Creek Bethlehem?
Yes! We have a few rooms blocked at a special rate. They are first come, first serve, and are available to book until October 2nd, 2024.
Are there Uber's available in the area?
Ubers are not always available from Blue Mountain.
Can we bring the kids?
We are kindly asking that you leave the kiddos at home unless they are specifically included in your invitation. We expect it to be a late night and would hate to see you leave early!
Can I leave my car on site and take the shuttle back if I have to?
Yes! Blue Mountain has 24 hour security, and they lock the site after hours. If you drive up, but need the shuttle back to the resort 0ease RSVP stating you will be taking the shuttle. As well, there is no shuttle to pick your car up the next day, so please plan accordingly!
Weather permitting, the ceremony and the cocktail hour will be outside. This will be a day of decision, please plan accordingly.
