Like most people your place of work is the first or second place you spend the most time at. So NATURALLY you build relationships, yes mostly friendships, but for Kiersten and Luke little sparks for 3 years were happening, never a thing but always a great connection, learning about each other and wholesomely building their friendship. Somewhere in that 3rd year of friendship, the time was right, a night out with mutual friends ended up being the..."cherry on top", to the time and space they needed to realize "oh this is a thing." Couple of golf range sessions, bar outings, movie dates, sporting events, and even a spartan race this was more official than they anticipated. After Kiersten moved into Luke's Pacific Beach apartment, that he lived at for 6 years, it was clear that they loved each other and wanted to take all of the future next steps together. Despite the pandemic, Kiersten and Luke kept moving forward, bought a house in Oceanside and their dream puppy (now practically a horse), Mando. Then finally Luke sealed the deal by proposing Easter weekend in front of Kiersten's favorite human, her grandmother Dee, at the beach and then surprising family with the news.
