2:00–3:15 p.m. Recommended arrival window (please see parking and transportation information below—only guests staying overnight at Waterfall are permitted to park onsite. All other guests will be shuttled to the venue after parking at St. Peter & St. Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church)

3:30–4:15 p.m. Wedding ceremony in the Grove

4:30–5:30 p.m. Reception at the Lodge

5:30–9:00 p.m. Dinner, cake, and dancing at the Lodge, followed by the bride & groom send off

10:00 p.m. Waterfall enters quiet hours and closes for the day

🌦️ WEATHER: As of this hour, it looks like there will be rain... but that may very well change. We are doing our best to make plans for a rain or shine forecast, and we have a lot of umbrellas because we will be outdoors almost the entire time. We encourage you to come prepared for an adventure!

🚗 PARKING & TRANSPORTATION: Please note that only guests who are staying overnight at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat have access to parking. Fear not, though, we have everyone covered! Parking is available for all guests at St. Peter & St. Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church, 9980 Highway 9, Ben Lomond, CA.

>>There will be two shuttles going back and forth between the orthodox church and Waterfall Lodge & Retreat. To allow for transit time on the shuttle and a prompt ceremony, we encourage guests to arrive at the church parking lot between 2:00–3:00 p.m.

🌲 Additional information for guests who reserved a cabin at Waterfall Lodge & Retreat on Wednesday and/or Thursday nights:

>If you are staying in one of the Waterfall cabins, check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday/Thursday. Early check-in is not permitted.

>Checkout is 10:00 a.m.

>Waterfall closes at 10:00 p.m. nightly. Guests staying onsite must return to their cabins by 10:00 p.m. and adhere to quiet hours from 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Guests staying offsite must exit the property by 10:00 p.m.

📍 GPS Directions to Waterfall Lodge & Retreat: 180 Hidden Falls Trail, Ben Lomond, CA

-Take Hwy 9 to Ben Lomond. Turn onto Alba Road. Be careful to turn onto Alba Rd. and do NOT turn onto Hubbard Gulch (the entrance to both roads are right next to each other. Hubbard Gulch will not get you to the retreat.)

-1.3 miles up Alba Road, you will see a sign when you arrive that says "Enter next Left". Take that next left.

-You will then see two signs, "Sequoia Retreat Center" and "Waterfall Lodge & Retreat". Follow those signs to the left and take the next quick left onto Hidden Falls Trail. Continue down past the Sequoia buildings until you arrive at the "Guest Hub".

-If you are arriving before 6pm, please stay in your car and stop at the Guest Hub. One of our team members will come out to greet you. If you are checking-in after hours, we will leave a map for you at the Guest Hub. Your cabin will be unlocked with a key hanging inside.
