We met during our eighth grade year (middle school). We remember that day like it happened yesterday. Justin was with a group of buddies and I was with my friend and we decided that we wanted to go to a girls basketball away game for AHS High School. Justin attended North Shore Middle School and I attended Stone Bank, and so we had never met each other or even heard of each other. At the game, I was sitting at the top of the bleachers with my friend and Justin walked in with some other guys (one of the guys I knew). Justin and his friends sat beneath us and by the end of the game, Justin made his way up to sit with me because of how "his back hurt and he needed a back rest" nice move ;)

From then on, we started by exchanging numbers to dating all four years of high school. From there on we went to UW La Crosse together where he majored in Marketing and myself Interpersonal Communication. After those four years of fun and also learning about school and each other, we moved back to our parents homes and two years later, we moved into our first apartment (our home now) in Oconomowoc. We now get to do all of the fun adulting things in life such as paying bills, grocery shopping, and working at our jobs. Justin works at Midwest Composite and I work at PMI of Greater Milwaukee. Although life is keeping us busy, we always manage to find time for each other with working out, cooking, and just making time to laugh and be together. We can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together as they are just getting started.
