Peyton and Kiley are both born and raised Davie County folk. Yet, despite their proximity growing up, their story didn’t truly begin until they were more than 300 miles apart. After high school, Kiley stayed true to her Carolina blue roots, heading off to UNC, while Peyton ventured beyond North Carolina to become a Vol in Knoxville, Tennessee. Although, rumor has it Peyton wasn’t the first one to sing Rocky Top but it’s true Kiley does wear Tennessee orange for him. Little did Kiley know, the middle school crush she had on the “king of prep” would one day turn into her fiancé and soon to be husband. One summer, with a little help from her friends, and maybe even the fumes from the race cars at the madhouse (Bowman Gray), hangouts at the Sherrill barn began. After that first summer together they didn’t look back. Soon followed visits to each other's schools and meets in the middle back in Davie as much as possible.

Like many of you may know, or could imagine, Kiley and Peyton are a perfect match. With Peyton’s love of motocross, comes Kiley’s enjoyment of afternoons out at the dirt track watching Peyton do what he loves. With Kiley’s love for planning and design comes Peyton’s hours of relentless searching for the ~perfect~ champagne glasses for their engagement moment. They complement each other so well and are a good team in every sense of the word. They currently love to lead Awana together at their church, make new meals together, and go to as many country concerts and football games as possible. If you’re around them you know how fun they are together! As their friend, I am so honored and excited to witness all that they accomplish together through marriage!
