Our Wedding

Camden and Kiley’s story started on a random night out on February 13th, 2021. Kiley was a junior at TCU in Fort Worth at the time, while Camden had just started his career in Dallas, after graduating from the University of Arkansas. By chance, both had ended up at a place they had never been before, Louie Louie’s Piano Bar in Deep Ellum. Both say that they almost didn't go out that night, but after some convincing from Kiley's friend, Eleni, and Camden's brother, Dylan, they ended up sitting at tables right across from each other. They still debate who went up to who first, but they were eventually sitting at the same table, getting to know each other, laughing, dancing, and trying to convince the other to jump on stage. By the end of the night, they went their separate ways, with Camden remembering to ask for Kiley's number just as she and her friends were leaving. After a nervous first text a few days later, they went on their first date to a concert at Billy Bob's. The two immediately clicked and began spending more time together. There were days spent on the golf course, evenings walking around White Rock Lake, and many Sunday pizza nights. Before they had even made things official, they had planned their first trip together in none other than Key West. With the trip approaching, Kiley asked Camden if there was something he thought he ought to ask her. That night Camden asked Kiley to be his girlfriend, and the two officially became a couple on April 30th, 2021. Just a month later Kiley and Camden embarked on their first adventure. They soaked up all Key West had to offer, falling in love with the town and each other. Their trip included countless bike rides, 2 for 1s at Willie T’s, the world’s "scariest" ghost tour, a sunset sail, a rougher than expected snorkeling trip, and probably too many slices of Angelina’s pizza. Almost 3 years had gone by since their first trip, when Camden finally popped the question at the Dallas Arboretum, overlooking White Rock Lake on March 10, 2023. The couple chose to head back to where it all began for their big day. They will be married at The Basilica of St. Mary Star of the Sea, the Church where they attended Mass during their first trip and they will celebrate their wedding at Casa Marina Resort, the hotel they dreamed of being guests at one day.

The Night Before

Key West offers a variety of accommodation options, including hotels, unique bed and breakfasts, and Airbnbs. We recommend staying in Old Town, near Duval Street, as it's walkable to many hot spots and close to the wedding festivities. The wedding reception and many of the weekend festivities will take place at the Casa Marina Hotel, which offers upscale suites and a resort atmosphere. If booking accommodations at Casa Marina please use the wedding social rate code M6 when booking through the Casa Marina or Hilton website. The Duval Inn is where Camden and Kiley stayed on their first trip to Key West. The Duval Inn offers quaint accommodations, while having a prime location for exploring all that Duval Street has to offer.
