We were merely classmates during our Prep years and continued to attend the same school until college.
As we approach our wedding day on July 15, 2024, we will also be celebrating our 13th anniversary as a couple. We are eagerly looking forward to saying "I do" surrounded by our loved ones. This moment fills us with excitement, gratitude, and anticipation for the journey ahead. We cannot wait to create new memories, face new challenges together, and continue growing as a couple.
Thank you for being a part of our love story. We are thrilled to celebrate this special day with you!
WE ARE TRULY THANKFUL TO EACH AND EVERY GUEST WHO HAS ACCEPTED OUR INVITATION TO CELEBRATE THIS SPECIAL DAY WITH US. YOUR PRESENCE FILLS OUR HEARTS WITH GRATITUDE AND JOY.
PLEASE JOIN US IN EMBRACING AND CELEBRATING OUR DAY WITH THE SAME LOVE AND ENTHUSIASM AS ANY OTHER WEDDING.
YOUR OPEN-MINDEDNESS AND SUPPORT MEAN THE WORLD TO US.
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING A PART OF THIS BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY WITH US.

HOLY UNION FAQS
WHAT IS THE RITE OF HOLY UNION?
The Rite of Holy Union is a beautiful part of LGBTS CHRISTIAN CHURCH in Quezon City! It’s like a special wedding ceremony for two adults who deeply love each other and want to build a life together in God’s embrace.
During this Rite, they make promises of love, loyalty, and trust, surrounded by their friends and family. It’s all about creating a loving family based on their desires and responsibilities, with God at the center of it all.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT FROM MATRIMONY?
The main difference is that Matrimony has legal recognition, while Holy Union is more of a heartfelt ritual. Unfortunately, here in the Philippines, we don’t have a law yet that recognizes marriages for everyone equally.
ALL FOR EQUAL RIGHTS. The Church supports the idea of having a law that treats all marriages the same way. And guess what? In some countries like Australia, Canada, and many parts of Europe, they already have such laws in place. So, couples who celebrate a Holy Union with us can use the Certificate we provide as proof of their relationship in those places.
IS THE RITE OF HOLY UNION ILLEGAL?
Nope, not at all! Our Constitution protects everyone’s right to practice their religion freely. So, even though Holy Union isn’t legally recognized everywhere yet, it’s completely okay to have one. It’s like a beautiful expression of love and faith within our community.
Although our certificates may not change legal things like surnames here in the Philippines, they can be super helpful in countries where the law acknowledges all loving unions equally. So, while we’re waiting for that change in our own laws, we’re still spreading love and support wherever we can.
