The Closest Airport to Letterkenny is Derry airport with flights to and from London Stansted, Liverpool and Glasgow. All flights are with Ryanair.
If there are groups flying together then perhaps a local minibus may be a preferred pick up option. A bus has been arranged for guests arriving into Belfast International Airport at approximately 9:00pm / 9:30pm on Thursday 13 October 2016 and returning to Derry Airport (not Belfast International) on Sunday 16 October 2016 at approximately 1:00pm (for 4:00pm flights back to the UK) so
 if anyone would like to add their name to that list, please let me know by 31 August 2016. The cost will be approximately €30 return pp.

City of Derry Airport

This is the hotel where&nbsp;the wedding reception is taking place. They are doing a wedding rate of €80 B&amp;B for the&nbsp;Thursday night and €120 B&amp;B for the&nbsp;Friday night. It is recommended you book here ASAP as rooms are limited.

Gallaghers Hotel Letterkenny

Belfast International is the second closest airport to Letterkenny at 126km away. It takes just under two hours to drive to Letterkenny. Hire cars are available from Kings Hire or many of the usual suspects at the airport. Easyjet, Ryanair and Jet2 Airlines
 fly to Belfast International Airport from throughout the UK.

Dillon's Hotel is a 3-minute walk from&nbsp;Saint Eunan's&nbsp;Cathedral where the ceremony is taking place. Thus&nbsp;unfussy town centre hotel in a colourful townhouse is perfect for anyone staying for the session on&nbsp;Saturday 15 October.&nbsp; Featuring free Wi-Fi, the old-school rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffeemaking facilities, and seating areas. There are also 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with separate living rooms and kitchenettes. Room service is available.
 
 
 Meals are served in a traditional, wood-panelled bar and grill that has live weekend music, and afternoon tea is offered in a genteel coffee lounge. It also has prosecco on tap!

Dillon's Hotel

Belfast City is an alternative option but a little&nbsp;further away from Belfast International. It takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to drive from Belfast City Airport to Letterkenny.

This modern hotel is situated in the new centre of Letterkenny, near many shops. Offering free Wi-Fi, the contemporary rooms also have tea and coffeemakers, as well as minibars. Suites add separate living areas and flat-screen TVs.

Kings Car Hire is recommended and can accommodate pick up at Derry Airport, Belfast International Airport and Belfast City Airport. They charge £25 per day for a car.
