We kindly ask all guests to adhere to a Black Tie dress code !

It starts at 4:30pm! If you show up late, Kim kills you. There will be a brief cocktail hour between the ceremony and the reception, and the reception will begin at 6pm.

Please be at the venue no later than 4:00pm. Late parties will not be permitted entrance.

We have exclusive parking outside of the ceremony space (The Foundry) for all guests, located at 29 Ross St (please refer to the site map in the Travel section). You are welcome to leave your car there until 10am the following morning. For all guests staying at the Best Western in Fergus, we will have a shuttle from the hotel to the Elora Mill at 3:30 and 4pm. There will also be a continuous 3 hour return shuttle to both the hotel and AirBnB’s in the area starting at 10:30pm.

If your child is invited, their name is listed. We kindly ask that parents be mindful of children’s noise levels and take them to the bridal suite during the ceremony should little ones get cranky, and please sit in the back TWO rows during the ceremony for quicker access to quieter accommodations. Please also be mindful that alcohol will be flowing and it may be best to take the night off!

At this time we are not extending +1’s. If your partner is invited, their name is included on the invitation.

We love photos! We’ve hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony, we do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #marryingchristmas or #teamkeg so we can see them, too!”

It is February in Ontario, dress accordingly! We will be inside most of the day, however it is a short 3 minute walk from the ceremony space to the reception venue. Bring layers!

The ceremony will be held in the Foundry building (please see map of Elora in Travel section), and the reception will be held in the Granary building).

We currently have a hotel room block available at the Elora Mill Hotel and Spa, as well as the Best Western in Fergus. Outside of these options, we recommend Airbnb's in the area, or venture into Kitchener-Waterloo for a nearby hotel.
