The Arrive is a short 1-block walk from the Venue (approx 0.1 mi). It is also pet friendly for anyone looking to bring their fur babies on the trip. The hotel lobby has a small cafe that serves breakfast croissants, coffee and more, as well as a full-service bar. There is also an attached restaurant around the side on Butler Ave called Longshot.

Central Station is located 2 blocks from the Venue (approx. 0.3 mi). They are also pet friendly. There is an onsite upscale restaurant called The Bishop, as well as a large full-service bar.

We secured a block of 10 rooms at a discounted rate (link attached). Reservations must be made by August, 26 2024.

Caption by Hyatt is a brand new hotel located at the base of Beale Street. It is approximately 0.4mi from the Venue, and the walk is well lit (particularly along Main Street). They have a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a large downstairs bar/coffee shop.

Hyatt Centric is another brand new hotel located at the base of Beale Street. It is approx. 0.5mi walk from the Venue. They also have a rooftop bar!

The Peabody is a historic icon of Memphis. Originally built in 1869, the Peabody is most famously known for its resident Mallard ducks who march through the lobby daily at 11am and 5pm. They are located approx 0.7 mi from the Venue, and they also have a rooftop bar.

Hotel Napoleon is located 0.9 miles down the street from the Venue. The walk is well lit, particularly along Main Street. There are rental scooters scattered around town if you want to take a joy ride on your way to the party; Uber is also very accessible.

Hotel Napoleon has on site breakfast, restaurant and a bar/lounge. We have block reserved several rooms for our out of town guests - reservations need to be made by Aug 27, 2024.
