Our story begins late winter at Two Docs Brewery, December 29th. Kyle asked me on a date and I was running late because I just found out I had bronchitis. Nonetheless, Kyle was patient and very understanding. We had such an amazing time getting to know each other, we decided to find another brewery and continue getting to know each other. Our first date ended up lasting 12 hours!!! I had to go back to Friona the next day and Kyle was headed to Taos, NM to go skiing. A couple days later, I head up to Angel Fire for a ski trip with some of my friends. I could not stop thinking about Kyle and wanted to see him again. I invited him to come skiing with us one day but he was already on his way back to Lubbock. Lucky for me, I convinced him to turn around and come anyways, a couple hours later and we were on the slopes having the best time our of our lives. We probably skiied about 4 runs because we couldn't stop catching up and getting to know each other. Fast forward a bit and we spent spring break in Mexico, a week in Holland for a wedding, and next thing I know, we are engaged in June! It truly is funny how when you find your person, nothing else matters, when you know, you know!!!
