Andrea and Kim grew up together since day one. Their parents grew up in the same town in Romania and after coming to America we were inseparable. Since we were little we went to every family gathering making up Christmas dances for the holidays. We would always take summer trips to OBX in Duck island with all our family’s in one big house. She would visit me in Cortland with uncle Mercia at my volleyball games and I would come to NOLA and attend LSU football tailgate. Although they both live away from their perspective hometowns, they will always be brought together when the time comes.

Anna and Kim met when they were attending College at SUNY Cortland NY 2015 They both had the same biology classes together and Finally were introduced at a surprise party Kim was hosting. From then, the ladies were inseparable. Luckily the ladies lived in the Tri-State area where they galavanted through the big apple and all the way to the Hampton beaches. Once Kim moved down would for grad school they both made it a point to visit whenever the opportunity struck. No matter where the ladies were, they figured out a way to keep in touch, see each other while hanging a good time doing it!

Kim met erin once she became a chiropractor at the practice she currently works at in Knoxville Tennessee. It started off as co-workers where Erin, being the x-Ray tech and nutritional consultant, was training Kim on how the practice worked. Once they started working together, their personalities meshed so well that they started taking trips together, hanging out with each others dogs and making inside jokes. She was always there for Kim and was a big help to getting Kim settled into the new city.

Katie and Kim’s friendship started off when they both played volleyball in middle school. They continued playing together throughout high school, where they became close friends, one of the few girls that Kim confided in. Even though Katie hated playing volleyball because of her height deficiency, she stuck it out because she enjoyed being teammates and hanging out with Kim. Kim would always bike ride to Katie’s and go on bagel dates close by. We were always there for each other and continued the friendship once we left for college. Whether it was visiting Kim down in Atlanta and sharing a love for music festivals, to weekly Sunday face-time skincare routines, the distance did not matter. The two remained good friends, and just know that they have each others back through thick and thin, no matter what.

Both ladies had met in high school playing volleyball, they became connected because their culture were similar she was Greek-Persian, Kim was Armenian-Romanian. They always hung out at Sophia’s house because she had a pool and would always come over to hangout with each other on weekends. Once Sophia move to California they drifted apart and eventually reconnected like nothing has ever changed!

One would say that Ryan has known Brandon the longest. So long in fact that he doesn’t actually remember when they met. Now, you might say this is because they are Brothers and probably lived together. If you said this you are in fact correct. 33 Years and counting. From his quiet childhood where Brandon maybe said 17 whole words to adulthood where he decided to use the words he was saving up. Brandon might be the funniest person in the world and if you want to laugh until you cry go have a chat with him. If you need good music suggestions he’s your man. He also happens to be the most dependable person on this planet. There is no better Best Man than someone who has not only seen every significant moment of your life, but was right by your side for them to help you along or share in the fun. Get him talking and be ready to be entertained.

Ryan met Andrew 15 years ago in Spanish 101. Now, you might also say Ryan speaks Spanish, what was he doing in beginners Spanish? That would be a good question, but one for another time. They hit it off pretty quickly and pretty soon Andrew was out playing Rugby. From there it was years of road trips and Shenanigans. Andrew decided he was transferring to Virginia Tech shortly after, which should be held against him. Eventually Andrew ended up in Knoxville to warm the place up and scope it out, but decided against staying just before Ryan moved back. Vegas is not the same without a HoJos reservation or a middle of the night drive to Charlotte. Nobody else I’d rather have walked all over Montreal with while checking out all the Rock n’ Roll McDonalds there. He doesn’t share his gold with anyone but if you ever want to hear a story there is no better Traveling Storyteller.

Ryan met Aaron about 15 years ago when he decided it was a good idea to go and play rugby with a men’s league instead of college. What a brilliant idea that was. Aaron was the Captain of the team and taught Ryan, quite enthusiastically, to roll away from tackles. Now, Aaron was a real tough love kind of guy, but beneath the gruff looking exterior he can be nice, if you get lucky. Aaron and Ryan later became roommates as the former ran a home for Misfit Toys. From house floods, to wrestling matches, luchador masks, punk rock, and red drank the activities were endless. A surprise wedding for the ages and somehow not getting kicked out of Southern Railway. Aaron is just like the older brother Ryan never had. Be careful he only sometimes plays well with others.

Ryan had the good fortune to run into Oliver about a dozen years ago. The world may never know when exactly, because they don’t remember. Oliver ran in the same group as Ryan and they one day adopted each other as friends. After years of Oliver hanging out where Ryan worked they moved in together. Or perhaps better said, Ryan moved into Oliver's place. From late night Ninja Turtles, the dirty bird, dog hair, Alton Brown, Aerosmithing Hotels, and a rotating couch denizen Ryan and Oliver spent his last few years in Charlottesville together. Good friends are hard to come by and Oliver is just as loyal and dependable as they come.

Ryan and Albie played on the same rugby team for half a season when Ryan moved to play for VRFC 15 years ago but Albie moved away before their relationship could blossom. That event came later. Years later they became fast friends. Road trips, middle of the night moving trips, and an extended couch stay later Albie became a solid fixture in Ryan’s life. With a contagious laugh and endless shenanigans Albie was always there for a good time or to just sit and laugh on the couch. Some people are dependable and then there is Albie. If you ask him for the shirt he is wearing he will give it to you, but don’t. The Dark Knight robs, but he saves.
