The typical time to travel from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Breckenridge, Colorado is about&nbsp;2 hours (104 miles), but it can vary depending on traffic and weather conditions. If you don't want to rent a car, there is a shuttle service (via Epic Mountain Express) that you can book at a discounted rate for our guests, for transportation from the airport and to the resort. Shuttle Services To/From Venue

Scheduled shuttle transportation through Epic Mountain Express will be required to/from the wedding venue (Ten Mile Station). Guest transportation will begin at 3:30pm MT, [1] one hour before the ceremony, and will run continuous loops until all guests are at the venue. Return shuttles will be available between 8:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. There will be multiple shuttles running loops (each shuttle holds 12-14 people) Shuttles will run at all 6 of the accommodations referenced in the "Lodging" tab, as well as another location in town (F-Lot Parking). All shuttles will have signs indicating our wedding so guests know which shuttles to get in. There will also be signs at the front desks informing guests of pick-up times. Are Children Allowed?

While we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding for the ceremony and reception.&nbsp;

Attire

Formal Attire-   Ladies feel free to wear full length or longer midi dresses. Think late summer and early fall colors. The mountains can get chilly when the sun starts to go down so please bring a light sweater or shawl.   Gentlemen feel free to wear your favorite suit or a nice sport coat and dress pants in any shade of your liking. Don't stress too much about a tie or bow tie- wear them only if it fits your vibe!

Elevation

For those coming from out of town, please be aware the town of Breckenridge and the venue elevation is 9,600 feet and 10,200 feet above sea level, respectively. This may affect everyone differently. Please pack sunscreen and drink plenty of water. Altitude sickness can be prevented by following easy steps: 1. HydrateTry to drink twice the amount of water here as you would at home. It also helps to drink beverages with electrolytes to replenish lost minerals and vitamins.&nbsp; 2. Take It Easy At FirstTake it easy at least the first day at altitude. You can also consider acclimating a day in Denver (5280 feet elevation) before heading up to Breckenridge. 3. Match with H2OAlcohol and caffeine slow down the body’s ability to acclimate at elevation. If you plan to imbibe or can’t go without your morning cup of coffee, try matching every drink with a glass of water or electrolyte beverage to ensure you’re staying hydrated. Additionally, at many of the stores around town, you can purchase oxygen in a can or visit an O2 lounge.

Weather

September is usually one of the drier months and the afternoon showers of summer have started to diminish. Temperatures range from the mid-60s and high 50s most days, with abundant sunshine perfect for strolling at fall outdoor events or hitting the trails. However, when the sun goes down, temperatures drastically decrease, so please also bring a jacket. Typically the leaves begin to change around mid-September and last through the first couple weeks of fall

The Breckenridge 2025 Oktoberfest will be occurring September 12th-14th, and takes place all down Main Street. Throughout the weekend you can sip, sample, and savor several styles of Breckenridge Brewery beer, while soaking up breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range. In addition to Breckenridge Brewery beer, they offer a selection of wines and cocktails, along with traditional German food and classic festival fare.

1. The Keystone River Course(The par-35 front nine follows the path of the Snake River and the par-36 back nine winds through a lodgepole pine forest. Impressive elevation changes, variable bunkers, water hazards, and five sets of tees on each hole combine to challenge golfers of all abilities.)

2. The Keystone Ranch Course(This is a classic mountain valley golf course that winds through lodgepole pines, around sage meadows, and across a nine-acre lake. This par 72 course sits on historic ranching land that housed multiple homesteads in the 1900's, with many outbuildings remaining on the course today)

 Outdoor Activities

The leaves in Breckenridge begin to change around mid-September and continue through the first couple of weeks of fall.&nbsp;The high peaks of Breckenridge are filled with aspens that change from golden yellows to bright oranges and reds. Fall is a great time to visit Breckenridge because of the cooler weather, beautiful views, and fewer crowds.&nbsp;You can still enjoy many summer activities like hiking, walking, biking, fly fishing, and golf.
