The Brazilian Room, where the ceremony and reception are being held, is located in the hills above Berkeley at Tilden Regional Park where Wildcat Canyon Road meets Shasta Road. There is a small parking lot right at the entrance to the venue that will be available for our guests. Uber and Lyft rides are readily available in the area - a recommended option if you will be drinking! Via Interstate 80:
• Take University Ave. exit in Berkeley.
• Follow University Avenue to its terminus at Oxford Street and turn LEFT
• Turn RIGHT on Rose Street
• One block later, turn LEFT on Spruce Street
• Follow Spruce to Marin Avenue and Turn RIGHT.
• Prepare for a steep uphill drive!
• Follow Marin Avenue uphill to Grizzly Peak Boulevard and turn RIGHT.
• After 0.7 miles, turn LEFT on Shasta Road
• After 0.2 miles, you will come to a stop sign at a strange triangular intersection where Shasta Road meets Wildcat Canyon Road. Turn LEFT to cross Wildcat Canyon Road into the Brazilian Room parking lot!
Via Highway 24:
• Just outside the eastern end of Caldecott Tunnel, exit at Fish Ranch Road, follow it up to Grizzly Peak Boulevard, and turn RIGHT.
• Follow Grizzly Peak Boulevard for 3 Miles then turn RIGHT on Golf Course Road.
• After 1 mile, take a slight right onto Shasta Road.
• After 0.2 miles, you will come to a stop sign at a strange triangular intersection where Shasta Road meets Wildcat Canyon Road. Turn LEFT to cross Wildcat Canyon Road into the Brazilian Room parking lot!
