It all started in May 2022 when fate (and a little help from Hinge) brought us together. After a few days of chatting, we decided to meet in person at Bulldogs in Bolingbrook. What was supposed to be a casual drink or two turned into a night we’ll never forget—we hit it off so well that we closed the bar down.

A few days later, we went to a Cubs game, and the connection only grew stronger. After a few more dates, we made it official in June 2022. That first year was filled with adventures— cheering Tim on at Chicago Marathon, taking a memorable trip to Las Vegas, and exploring life together.

In 2023, we continued to grow as a couple but came with its challenges, as any new chapter does. That year was full of even more adventures, from traveling to Baltimore, to celebrating Kim’s first St. Patrick’s Day with the firefighters, to weekends boating, attending weddings, and spending holidays with both of our families.

The highlight of 2023? Tim asked Kim to marry him during a romantic dinner at a steakhouse in Las Vegas in December. It was the perfect ending to an incredible year.

Since then, 2024 has been a whirlwind of wedding planning, trips, and celebrating the love of family and friends at other weddings. Now, we’re ready for our own special day, surrounded by all the people we love most.

We can’t wait to start this next chapter together and are so excited to celebrate with you!
