The ceremony and the reception are all held on the same sight: Highley Manor Wedding Venue Crawley Lane, Balcombe Haywards Heath RH17 6LA

The ceremony will start at 2pm so please aim to arrive at 1:30pm to ensure everyone has a seat for the ceremony. If you are an evening only guest, please arrive at 7pm for the first dance and cutting of the cake.

This will be a Black Tie optional/formal evening so please dress in your best outfits.

On this website there is a designated area for you to RSVP. Please only RSVP for those people who are listen on the wedding invite sent to you.

Please RSVP by (date). Any RSVP’s sent after this date will not be included in the final numbers for the wedding day and therefore will not be allowed into the venue. If you have trouble RSVPing on the sight or if you have any questions or concerns please message Kim or Chris directly.

Unfortunately no. Chris and Kim want to celebrate with the people closest to them so please do not ask for or bring a plus 1.

No children under 18. We are holding an Adults Only event which includes alcohol so there will not be any children under 18, unless they are part of the wedding party. Leave your children at home and come let loose with us!

Public Transport: Southern Train from Victoria Station to Gatwick Airport, then Thameslink from Gatwick Airport to Balcombe Station. Then an Uber to Highley Manor (10 mins = £10) or a 30 minute walk. Driving: M25 towards Dartford Crossing onto M23. Exit towards Junction 10A towards Crawley. Turn right onto High Street. Then Left onto Crawley Lane. There is ample parking on sight if you wish to drive.

There are a small amount of rooms available at the venue which are reserved for the wedding party and their family. However, there are a few hotels and Air BnBs close to the venue. See a small list below: Travelodge, Crawley Premier Inn, Crawley Air BnBs The Cowdray Arms, Crawley Chestnut Tree Cottage, Crawley Green trees Estate, Crawley

There will be canapés during the drinks reception, followed by a 3 course wedding breakfast and then wedding cake to follow. There will be a light meal later in the evening possibly. If you have any dietary requirements (vegetarian, Vegan, gluten free) please write a note on the RSVP and the venue will cater for this.

There will be some drinks provided during the drinks reception and a select range of wine on each table, however, it will not be an open bar. A price list will be available at the wedding venue on the day.

Yes, at the wedding venue, they will be putting on a breakfast for anyone who wishes to attend.

Please take all the photos and videos you would like after the ceremony, however, please do not upload any to social media until the bride and groom have had a chance too. We also ask that no one takes photos or videos during the ceremony. - we’d like to see your faces, not your screens on the day and during the wedding videos. Any photos or videos you take please feel free to share with Kim & Chris (add in website)
