Our story technically started back when we were both in high school. I first officially met Nick when we both joined the Army National Guard. We had the same recruiting drill sergeant and one weekend out of the month we went to drill together. As many know I was medically discharged before going to basic training. Our paths went separate ways, but only for a short while. I was pretty thrilled on one of my first days of classes at college when I walked in and seen him sitting at one of the desks. We really started talking around this time and hanging out whenever we had the chance. We had some fun adventures that definitely will be remembered. However, I was not in the same place that he was and he was ready for something that I was not. I distanced myself which in turn led to us going separate ways again. This time it wasn’t a short amount of time. Two years later out of nowhere I received a message on facebook from Nick and we started talking again, but this time after a couple weeks of talking we really hit the ground running. When things are meant to be they always find a way. We have been together for over three years now and we have made so many memories together already. We are ready to tie the knot and further build our lives together. We can’t wait to see what life has in store for us and we are ready to take it all in together. 💞
