The couple first meet in 2019 with a few occasions of socializing with friends. Then the notorious Covid epidemic occurred separating the couple. Alex decided to move on from Missouri to experience the great outdoors Colorado had to offer. At that time, Kim received the news that she was accepted in the nursing program at Missouri Western.

Once the couple was settled into their new roles, Alex took to first step in reconnecting with Kim. They quickly became a part of each other’s everyday life. Kim would use any break she got from school and visit Colorado to see Alex and experience the outdoors. Their relationship quickly escalated and were officially dating.

Kim graduated from college and the couple moved into an apartment in Florida. Once the 14 month lease was up, Alex and Kim bought a home together establishing roots. After the house was secured, Alex decided it was time and invited the in-laws to Florida to ask Kim’s father for his blessing, which was granted. Now we get to say “I Do” and start our Forever.
