We ask that guests arrive atleast 15 minutes before our scheduled start time so that everyone is settled on time to join us in starting our journey to forever!

We ask that you wear cocktail/Semi-formal attire such as midi-length or floor length dresses or dressy separates for women and a suit for men.

Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18 at our wedding.

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the venue gardens, with the reception following indoors.

December weather in Pensacola has an average daily high of mid 60s, with nightly low average of low 50s. We have been known to be in shorts on Christmas so please keep an eye on weather!

The venue can park about 140 cars in the 2 property lots, leased neighboring lots, and street parking; however, the venue does NOT allow for overnight parking. We highly recommend taking advantage of rideshares like Uber and Lyft.

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a seated plated dinner.

Our RSVP deadline was November 5th! Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate responses after this date due to our vendors requiring a guest count prior to our wedding date! We look forward to celebrating on another day!

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Due to the downtown Pensacola sound ordinance, our reception will end promptly at 9 pm. Following the venue, the newlyweds plan to visit the downtown Pensacola bars on Palafox St.
