The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm, please arrive around 2:30-2:45pm so you can give yourself plenty of time to find the church and be seated.

We will be providing a trolley to transport all guests from the Hyatt Seaport Hotel to the church. The trolley fits about 30 people, so we will have departure times at 1:30, 2pm, and 2:30pm to ensure everyone can arrive on time. Please meet in the lobby of the Hyatt Seaport hotel at 1:25pm if you intend to utilize this option. Another option is to walk or uber if you choose a hotel that is nearby! Please arrive promptly around 2:30-2:45pm at the church.

The attire is formal, so preferably women would wear knee length to floor length dresses or a jumpsuit. For men, a nice dress shirt, a coat or sport coat with dress pants would be welcome. Ties optional.

We will also utilize the trolley to transport everyone from the church to the reception. It will run on a loop starting at the end of the ceremony to the beginning of the reception at 5pm. If you arrive slightly earlier than 5pm to the reception, feel free to walk around the beautiful Beacon Street or take photos in the Boston Commons Park. Doors will open at 4:45pm.

We want to share all of our memories and photos with you from the ceremony, which is why we have hired a professional photographer to take photos for you! We ask that phones remain silenced and put away during the ceremony. During the reception, take as many pictures as you would like!!

The reception at Hampshire House will have an open bar, hors 'doeuvres, followed by a plated meal for dinner. Please RSVP so that we can note which dinner would like to eat that evening.

We ask that everyone find a safe ride home via uber, taxi, or lyft. The trolley will no longer be available, so please let us know if you need any help coordinating your transportation back to your hotel.
