Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is the most convenient commercial airport to Marco Island at 47 miles away (1 hour drive).

Miami (MIA) and Ft. Liquordale (FLL) are at a manageable distance, as both airports are about 1:45 drive to Marco Island.

Marriott, Hilton, and Holiday Inn all have hotels on Marco Island, and there are several other local inns. Since we needed multiple rooms, we ended up booking a house through Vacation Rental by Owner (VRBO) and also considered some AirBNB rentals. We’ll be arriving in Marco Island on Tuesday, April 25th and staying at 131 Landmark St on the west side of the island.

If you prefer, Naples is only 30 minutes away and within easy driving distance.

Due to the small size of our wedding getting a block of rooms was not feasible.
