Sliced melons, grapes, berries, domestic and imported cheese with oven baked croistinis and artisinal crackers

Antipasto

Grilled asparagus, squash, zucchini, red bell peppers with a lemon infused olive oil accompanied by hummus, olive tapenade, fresh basil pesto, roasted garlic and pita chips

Salad station

Coconut encrusted goat cheese on a bed of mixed greens, strawberries, mandarins, spiced pecans and a dried cranberry vinaigrette

OR

Crispy Mozzarella cakes on a bed of mixed greens, sundried tomatoes, roasted mushrooms, walnuts and pesto with a balsamic vinaigrette

Chef attended Pasta Station

Gemili pasta with a choice of: Alfredo sauce, red sauce, Italian sausage, meatballs, accompanied by spinach, roasted peppers, roasted mushrooms, parmesan cheese, crushed peppers

Chicken picatta with a white wine lemon caper sauce

Tuscan bread station to include garlic and herb butter

Dessert

Chocolate fondue Station with skewered strawberries, marshmallow, pineapple and pound cake

We will have two professional photographers at the ceremony and reception, both of whom will be snapping photos in the Photojournalistic Style. This means that they will be taking pictures of all attendees as they go about having fun, so don't feel like you need to pose for them, just act natural. If you do not want your photo posted on social media, please let Kimberly know and she will respect your privacy.
