COVID Health & Safety Information

We are looking forward to celebrating with you at our wedding on 08/27/2023 at Old Camp Joy. Given the times we are living in, we wanted to share important safety protocols we will be following during the event. Family, friends, and our wedding vendors’ health and safety are our #1 priority. If you are unable to follow these protocols, which were created with CDC guidelines and local and state ordinances at the forefront of our minds, we ask that you reconsider attending the in-person event (we will be providing a recording so you can watch the proceedings virtually). Please take the time to read this page carefully and reach out to us with any questions.

Self Quarantine

If you feel sick or are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or loss of smell and taste on the day before or the day of the wedding, please stay home and enjoy the recorded version of the wedding online. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher&nbsp;should avoid attending and self quarantine for at least the next 14 days.

Proof of Vaccinations

The health of each of our loved ones are what matters most. Because each of you are precious to us, we respectfully require proof of full vaccination upon arrival. To ensure we are in compliance with regulations, an attendant will check each guest once they arrive. Doing so we can party all night safely together! Inportant Reminder: Guests are NOT considered "fully vaccinated" until two (2) weeks after their second dose.

Hand Sanitizer

We will provide hand sanitizer to each guest and offer sanitizing stations in several areas of the venue. Please practice good hand hygiene after touching surfaces and feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer if desired.&nbsp;

Guest Count

We are expecting ~50 guests, which aligns with local and state ordinances and our venue’s capacity restrictions.

Cards and Gifts

Your presence is present enough! But should you choose to bring a gift to the wedding, there will be a table set up where you can leave your items, rather than handing them to us directly.
