The Walker Art Center is a beautiful museum nestled between Downtown and Uptown. No time to explore the museum inside? Check out the Sculpture Garden outside and then wander across the foot bridge to Loring Park.

Overlooking the Mississippi River, Minnehaha Park is one of Minneapolis’ oldest and most popular parks. Featuring a waterfall, limestone bluffs and river overlooks, it provides beautiful hiking trails and leisurely walking paths. Its like you're in the wilderness while never leaving the city.
Situated above historic Main Street, Nicollet Island, and the St. Anthony Lock and Dam, Boom Island connects visitors to the beauty of the Mississippi River with the Minneapolis skyline as its backdrop. The park features walking paths, a playground, picnic shelters, some of the best views of the Mississippi River and Downtown Minneapolis.
One of the most iconic landmarks in Minneapolis, the Stone Arch Bridge is a former railroad bridge turned pedestrian bridge that crosses the Mississippi River and connects St. Anthony Main (the oldest part of the city) to Downtown Minneapolis. It provides beautiful views of the river, lock & dam, and the city skyline.
Bde Maka Ska is the largest lake in Minneapolis and is part of the city's Chain of Lakes offering many outdoor activities. Don't miss checking out the other lakes on the chain including Lake Harriet, Lake of the Isles, and Cedar Lake which all feature beautiful walking paths, beaches, and parks.
