Instructions for making reservations:

1) Enter www.bahia-principe.com and login/register your account then select the destination Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana with the dates that you wish to go and the number of adults and children. Click on Book Now.

2) You should choose the category of the room, among the categories that have been quoted for the group. When you book, you have to choose the 100% Flexible Rate only so that you can apply the group discount in the box on the next page.

3) Next, find the option for a discount voucher and enter the code 72010. The system will adjust the total and you will have 2 options for payment: pay 100% of the reservation or make a deposit of 20%. Please complete the transaction.

4) The system will immediately generate a confirmation number and will send you an email with a copy of it.

All reservations are prepaid and paid directly to the USA Groups department 30 days before the arrival at the Hotel. Rooms will not be confirmed until first payment is received and will be guaranteed only once paid in full. Reservations made through third party or directly at the Hotel will not be considered part of the group and group benefits will not apply.
