There are plenty of hotels in Nashville and near the venue in Cedar Hill. There are also plenty of Airbnb options in the area if you are traveling with a group. BNA Airport is not a far uber ride to Nashville city center, but having a car is not a bad idea if you decide you want to explore the surrounding areas. The venue is about a 30 minute drive from town, but we will have shuttles on a first come first serve basis (pickup & drop-off location will be at Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capitol View). Ubers to the venue should not be an issue, however, getting a ride back into Nashville will be limited due to the rural location, if not precoordinated.

The dress code is formal or semi-formal! Floor-length dresses or mid length dresses are absolutely welcome, and cowboy boots are totally encouraged if that’s your style. For the guys, a dress shirt or suit works great — we kindly ask that you skip the jeans. The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap in case it gets chilly. The reception will be held indoors.

We kindly request no children at the wedding, with the exception of infants under 2. If you plan to bring your baby, please coordinate with Max or Kim in advance.
