We have blocked rooms for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday. You are NOT obligated to book both nights, rather have the option if you'd like to check in the night before. You are able to book only Saturday if this is what you would prefer. Whether booking both nights or just one, you will receive the discounted rate. If booking online-be sure to update your stay details if you only want to book Saturday!

Venue is 20 mins from this hotel (we chose it as they gave us the best rate!) if there is enough uptake, we will be able to offer a shuttle service to (x1) and from (x2) the venue.
