We will be hosting a welcome party for all of our guests the night before the wedding. The welcome party will run from 5pm - 8pm and we will have dinner, snacks and drinks for everyone. The house where the welcome party will be hosted is about 10 minutes from the Hoodoo (room block hotel) in downtown Moab (see address below):

We will have shuttles running from the Hoodoo hotel to the wedding and returning back to the hotel at the end of the night. Cars cannot be left overnight at the venue! Please make sure that if you are taking the shuttle, you are ready in front of the Hoodoo Moab hotel lobby by 2:45pm!

2:45pm: Shuttles Leave The Hoodoo Moab Hotel

3pm - 3:45pm: Guest Arrivals & Pre-Ceremony Drinks

4pm: Ceremony Starts

4:30pm: Cocktail Hour

6pm: Dinner & Reception to Follow

10pm: Departure

***There will be one shuttle leaving early around 9:30pm for any guests who can't hang ;)
