Kimberly & Chuck have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests. We kindly ask that you book your hotel within our designated group contract. The couple has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special guaranteed rate and guarantees availability. It also includes your shared round-trip airport transportation.

Groups are given priority status and room assignments at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment. More importantly, Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but the reservation booked outside the block is not. You could be walked to another location.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

Will not receive the group rates or pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me. Unfortunately, I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.

You might be required to pay a day/wedding pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited due to occupancy restrictions.

(Each resort handles this differently) Costs for these passes will vary and will be your responsibility to pay.

Guest who are staying on resort but not booked under the room block may also be charged fees to attend wedding events.

Most importantly, guests who book outside the designated room block; well, their rooms will NOT count towards any concessions the resort might be offering the couple for having the wedding at this resort. For example, there are pre-wedding events like cocktail parties and dinners that you would not be able to attend since you are not part of the room block.

Is Your Passport Current?

Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date. Please check your expiration date to verify it is current. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click the link below.

Note: Passport processing time has increased, causing delays in receiving passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early.

Routine processing time is about 10-12 weeks. Expedited Services: 5-7 weeks (maybe less). Note: A Passport Card is NOT valid for entry into Dominican Republic.
