The outdoor ceremony will have lots of extra seating so guests can opt to leave empty chairs between them if they would like sit further apart. Since over 80% of guests attending will be fully vaccinated or will have had their first shot by May 1st, we have decided to host our reception in the Cay View South ballroom. Tables will be grouped according to shared spaces (i.e. co-inhabitants or co-workers) and families when possible. In addition, we will have a sanitizing station with hand sanitizers, masks, and vaccinated as well as social distancing stickers available for our guests.
To increase the safety of our guests we encourage everyone to get tested for COVID-19 prior to our event.
