How do I RSVP?
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP any time after you have received your invitation. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!
Kindly, list yourself and other invited loved ones on this RSVP!
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Kim as soon as you are aware.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If you don't RSVP by June 1st, 2026 -- you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept a late RSVP. (Unfortunately, this will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)
Can I bring a date/plus one?
Due to our limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you’re seated and ready for the festivities.
Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.
Is there a dress code?
Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal, meaning women should wear ankle or knee length dresses or jumpsuits. Please do not wear white. For men, a formal tuxedo, matching suit, or nice button up shirt and slacks. Please no casual/streetwear, for example, no t-shirts or gym shoes. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

after the cut-off date will be on a space and rate available basis only.
What are the dates eligible for the discounted hotel room?

These are the nights available for the invited guests to stay and are eligible for the discounted price.

desk staff will make every effort to confirm the guest’s departure date upon check-in to minimize any confusion.
What if I need to cancel my hotel reservation?
Cancel as soon as possible!
Any individual room cancellations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one (1) night’s room and tax.
Any individual room who fails to check in, or attempts to cancel within 72 hours of scheduled arrival, will be billed one night’s room and tax.
Can I bring my own adult beverage?
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony and reception?
We kindly ask that you hold off on taking any photos or videos during the ceremony.
We’d love for you to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing everything, and we’ll happily share those memories after the wedding!
That said, we absolutely welcome photos and videos during the reception!
Feel free to snap pictures, record videos, and don’t hesitate to ask us for a photo together — we’d love to capture those moments with you!
