So after hmmming and haaaing about it for a while, J and I decided not to bring in a photographer.

Why you ask? Well numero uno; we both prefer candid memories and 2; one of the things we did not want was that long waiting period for guests between the ceremony while photos are being taken.

So we came up with an outside-the-box idea. During the ceremony, and cocktail hour before dinner we are asking you, our friends and family, to be our eyes and ears so we don't miss out on any part of the day. Grab your phones and snap away. We'll love them all!

How does it work? We will send you a link to a Dropbox to upload your photos and videos on the day of the wedding. No worries about data, unlimited wifi will be provided.

As a thank you for being such wonderful candid memory capturers, you will find a few decorated sites around the venue grounds set up for personal shots. Props and tripods for your cell phones will be provided. The venue offers some amazing photo opportunities like the old tractor on the hill, the pergola, and the secret garden.

We think it will be a great opportunity to grab some family/couple/group photos for everyone.

We've gone a bit unconventional with dinner.

Feel free to serve yourself at the BBQ and buffet whenever you're ready. The food will remain out until the end of the evening so

help yourself as you feel hungry.

There won't be any formal speeches or cake cutting but a pie and cheese cake bar along with fruit platters will be available for dessert.

The microphone will be available and passed around the table during dinner for anyone who would like to say a little something.

At some point during dinner we will wow you with our incredible moves for our first dance.

Afterwards we will be changing into our shorts and tshirts and we invite you to join us in the pool, for a game of cards, tour of the gardens or a few spins around the dance floor.

Make sure to stop at our different photo spots for the perfect shot. And sing a few tunes by the campfire after the sun goes down.
