Everyone will have their invitation in April 2025. You will be directed to utilize our online RSVP through The Knot.

We ask that you kindly RSVP by May 10, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and please reach out to us with any questions!

We are asking that you respect our wishes to refrain from bringing young children to the event. We are hoping that parents view this as a much deserved night off!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend that guests arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time so that you can get settled in and enjoy some music before the proceedings.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the wedding. Please refrain from wearing jeans/denim, along with any shades of white. The ceremony will be held outdoors.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors near the pond. For instances of rain, our ceremony will be held in the pavilion attached to the barn. The barn/pavilion will be our reception space following the ceremony.

We are asking that phones be put away and silenced during our ceremony. We want everyone to be present with us & allow for our photographer to capture the best photos! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like. Don’t forget to share them with us!

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Comstock Inn and Conference Center in Owosso. This hotel is about 10 minutes from our venue. Please view the “travel” tab for more information! Bear Creek Farm LLC also allows for on-site camping. Please note: there are not accommodations for electricity or water hook ups. Feel free to bring your campers or tents to stay on site if you do not feel like driving after the reception. You must be off the premises by 8am the next morning.
