Kimberly and Nicholas first met in October 2018, their senior year of college at SUNY Oneonta through mutual friends. Their first date was at Starbucks and the Dragon's Lair at the Hunt Student Union.


After graduating college, Nicholas started school at Syracuse University studying Cybersecurity. Kimberly moved back to Long Island and worked in healthcare while applying to PA school. They spent the next year visiting each other often.


Kimberly joined Nicholas in Syracuse in 2020 when she was accepted to the Upstate Medical University PA program. Together, they fell in love with the Syracuse area and decided to stay in Upstate New York.


On August 13th, 2023, Nicholas proposed to Kimberly while on a weekend getaway in the romantic Finger Lakes region. On the last day of their trip, Nicholas walked Kimberly down the Long Pier in Geneva New York and surprised Kimberly when he asked the greatest question!
