The ceremony is scheduled to take place outside. However, our amazing venue has the capacity to move indoors if needed due to weather. The cocktail hour will take place in a covered outdoor space. The reception will be indoors.

We hope it will be the most beautiful day of 2024. But, it's Nashville, and we have learned to expect the unexpected. June in Nashville is usually mid-80s as a high and 70s in the evening.

Transportation is not provided. For those in need of transportation, we recommend Uber or Lyft. There are plenty in this tourist-filled town. A tip from the couple: we recommend booking your exit ride in advance to ensure they arrive when desired. Evening rides in Nashville are in higher demand.

Yes! There is plenty of parking right next to venue as well as an overflow lot if needed.

Although we love and adore your little ones, we request this be an adult-only affair due to venue limitations and a full evening of events. Nursing infants are welcome. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We hope you can take this weekend to relax and let your hair down!

We are happy to accommodate any guests with dietary restrictions/allergies. Please indicate this on your RSVP and we will confirm with our caterer. Although unlikely, if any restrictions cannot be accommodated, we will discuss alternative options with you.

We do not have reserved blocks, however, the Travel tab contains information for nine hotels we recommend. Remember to book early (at least 3-4 months) as Nashville hotels book up quick for summer months.

We will have amazing photographers capturing every special moment, so we therefore request no pictures during the ceremony. We promise to share any and all photos captured by our photographer. Anyone found taking ceremony pictures will receive the bill for our photographer....not really, but please keep your phones away!

Our reception is expected to end at 10:00pm. All guests will be asked to leave the venue by 11:00pm.

If any major changes occur that will affect our guests, the wedding party and our families will contact everyone as soon as possible.
