We would love for everyone to dress up with us and look their best! We are requesting your ‘Sunday Best’ attire, no jeans and please no white ;) Also, please keep an eye on the forecast and be prepared for change in weather on short notice. We will be in Minnesota, lakeside, so the weather can change from sunny to rainy on short notice!

It is our intention to have a ‘dry wedding’. We will be serving some punch, water and soda pop with dinner. If you would like to bring your own non-alcoholic beverage please feel free to! The party will come from the good company, good music and good view. We would like to celebrate the day with you without the influence of alcohol and we hope you understand our intentions for the day.

We are holding the ceremony and reception both at the Schallenkamp Family Cabin on Blanche Lake.

For our ceremony and reception, yes, it will be for our family to enjoy with us. After dinner and the reception our close friends will receive an invitation to join us.

Omg yes please! That day we will just be getting everything prepped! So if you want to come hang out lakeside and relax and just be with each other, please do! That’s the whole point, to be together.
