We’re excited to have a BBQ food truck at our Welcome Party! Please note that we won’t be able to accommodate special dietary restrictions or food allergies during this event. If you have specific needs, we kindly ask that you plan accordingly.

We’re so glad you asked! We’ll have a bathroom trailer on-site at the cabin for the Welcome Party. Please plan to use that instead of the indoor restrooms.

Yes! We will have a shuttle running from Whitefish Lodge to the Hegna cabin. Parking onsite is very limited, so please plan to take the shuttle unless you talk specifically to the bride/groom.

There will be no transportation provided on the day of the wedding. You will be responsible for getting yourself and your family to the ceremony at Manhattan Beach Lodge and back to Whitefish Lodge afterward. We hope many of you are staying at Whitefish Lodge and can settle in for the night! If you're lodging elsewhere, please make sure to arrange a fully sober ride back to your accommodations.
