If you are staying anywhere on Copper Mountain Ski Resort, yes! A free shuttle will be available to transport guests to the ceremony site, Koko's Hut, and from Koko's Hut to the Grand Hall for the reception. Guests will ride a ski lift up to the ceremony site. If this is not something you are interested in, please let us know in advance so that we may coordinate alternative accommodations.

We have extremely limited ceremony space in which every single person (including vendors, bride and groom, etc) count towards the total. While we love all your children dearly, only children specified on the invitation will be allowed to participate in the wedding day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Similar to the above question - due to extremely limited ceremony space, we can only accommdate those formally listed on the invitations. We made every effort to include plus ones wherever possible. If you would like a plus one and it is not listed on your invitation, please contact us and we can do our best to accommodate.

YES! If you are not coming from elevation, you may feel short of breath and alcohol will hit you much, much faster. The effect of alcohol at altitude is twice that of sea level. We will have an open bar, so please ensure you stay as hydrated as possible and take breaks from dancing when needed! We highly encourage guests to fly in a day before the wedding to ensure adequate acclimation as it typically takes a full two days. If you start to feel poorly at any point during your stay, please let us know so that we can quickly provide support and get you the help you need.

The bride and groom will be asking for an unplugged ceremony, where guests phones are turned off and put away. Our photographer is very talented this will allow for her to obtain the best possible shots. We promise to share all of the photos as soon as possible!
