When do I need to book my room?
We've secured a variety of room styles for our guests, and the category selections are open to all on a first-come, first-serve basis. The reserved rooms will be secured until July 2024. To take advantage of the special wedding rates and guarantee room availability, it's essential to make your booking before July 22nd, 2024. There are only so many rooms we were able to reserve in each category, so the sooner you can book, the more likely you are to find your preferred room style.
How much can I expect to pay for the rooms?
The cost of the rooms will be determined based on your selection of room category and the duration you plan to stay. The total expense per couple for a five-night stay will vary from $1,925 to $2,821, covering your hotel expenses, meals, beverages, and additional accommodations. The resort offers several room options which include a Luxury Junior Suite, Beachfront Junior Suite, Swim Up Junior Suite, Beachfront Honeymoon Suite, and Casita Suite.
When do I need to pay for my room?
After selecting the room category you want, you will have the flexibility to make your payment in one of two ways. You can pay in full by following the instructions on the website. Alternatively, you pay just a $100 deposit and opt for a two-part payment plan, with 50% of the total amount due by July 22, 2024, and the remaining balance due by September 19, 2024.
What dates should I book my room?
The bride and groom are planning to arrive at the resort on December 3rd and depart on the morning of December 8th. You have the flexibility to arrange your arrival and departure according to your schedule. However, we would love to have you join us for the days leading up to the wedding.
What activities or excursions can we book during our time there?
Once your room reservation is confirmed and we approach the wedding date, the wedding coordinator at El Dorado Royale will initiate communication regarding your upcoming stay. If you wish to book excursions, spa treatments, or special dinners, she will provide information on pricing and available dates for these options. While you will have the opportunity to book activities upon your arrival, we cannot guarantee availability or pricing at that time.
What is the cancellation policy due to unforeseen circumstances?
CANCELATION AND REDUCTION POLICIES
BEFORE July 22nd: Any cancellation will result in 10% penalty of the total amount paid.
BETWEEN July 22nd & September 19th: Any cancellation/ reduction of nights, passengers or rooms will result in a penalty of 50% of the reduced room cost.
AFTER September 20th: Full Penalty

What airport do I fly into?
You will fly into the Cancun international airport. When you arrive to Cancun there will be transportation from the airport to the resort (roughly 19 miles away). More transportation information will be shared from our wedding planner when we get closer to the trip.
