We have a promo code listed below so most of our guests can receive their room for a discounted rate. You will only be charged a $1 deposit to book your room. The balance will be charged in full to your card on file 30 days before your arrival to the resort. If your plans change you can cancel your room for free up to 24 hours before the date of travel.

The resort does require each guest stay a minimum of 3 nights, however you are welcome to stay as long as you would like!

Credit Card Details:

Expiration Date: If the credit card used to book your room is set to expire before the full balance is billed (30 days prior to your stay), the resort may automatically cancel your reservation. This would mean that the promo code we provided will no longer be valid, and you may have to pay the full price for your room.

Fraud Alerts: Some credit cards may flag international hotel reservations as fraudulent, which could also result in your reservation being cancelled.

To Avoid These Issues:

Check Expiration Dates: Make sure your credit card will not expire before the resort processes the payment.

Inform Your Credit Card Company: Let your credit card issuer know you’re expecting a charge from Mexico to avoid any potential fraud alerts.

Alternative Payment Option: If you’d prefer to avoid any complications with your card being charged later, you have the option to call the hotel directly and pay for your room in full at any time. This can provide peace of mind and ensure your reservation is secure.

The last day to make any modifications to your room reservation is June 25th, 2025. To view, modify, or cancel your reservation, you can visit the Finest website, click manage reservations at the top of the website, enter your reservation number and booking email to access your reservation details. Or you can contact the call center at 1-866-211-6223.

When booking your flight, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). We recommend arriving to the resort no later than August 27th, 2025 just in case there are any travel complications.

If you arrive before your check-in time, you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities, etc. The lobby will hold your luggage and keep it safe until your room is ready.

Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promo code. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons will provide 1 complimentary transfer per room reservation. Once you’ve booked your flights, please reserve your included transfer.

You must book your transfer with Seasons Tours at least 2 weeks before arrival. On the original email you received when you booked your room reservation, there is a direct link to book your transfer. If you cannot locate the email you can email Seasons Tours directly. You'll need to include:

• Hotel name (Finest Playa Mujeres)

• Name on the reservation

• Reservation number

• Your flight details (airline, flight number, arrival and departure dates and times)

• # of guests in your group

You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay. Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months after your travel dates. If your passport does expire within six months post-travel, you must renew your passport.

Room Rates will depend on your room category. Finest offers several room categories including Finest Club level and Excellence Club level (adults 18+ only) rooms.
