Ceremony begins at 5:00 pm. Guests may arrive as early as 4:30 pm, but we recommend arrival no later than 4:45 pm. For those guests staying at the Inverness and riding the shuttle from the hotel you will be provided departure instructions and times upon check-in. The shuttle will make sure to get you there on time.

Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be inside.

September in Colorado can be interesting. We could still have hot days and cooler nights or we might have the occasional early snowstorm. The ceremony will be outside as long as it isn't downpour raining or snowing, so be sure to check the weather as you get closer to wedding week. Even if we have a nice sunny day temperatures do tend to drop after sundown, so plan accordingly the day of the ceremony. We recommend packing for both hot and cold weather.

During cocktail hour we will have a selection of hand passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a buffet-style dinner with salad, yummy sides, and two different main course options (you can choose one or both), and sweet treats to follow. If you need a vegetarian option, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP.

Whether you prefer cocktails or non-alcoholic beverages, the drinks are on us! Let's celebrate!

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We have hired lots of professionals to take photos and videos of the ceremony, that we are happy to share with you after. So sit back, relax, and be in the moment with us!
