Gosfield Hall
Our recommendation is that any guests who fancy an after party should stay at the venue on Saturday night. The venue can accommodate as many as 67 guests and we have organized a shuttle bus Saturday morning from Liverpool St. Station in London to the venue in Essex. Guests can check into rooms as early as 12:00pm and accommodation ranges from £60-£80 per person.
Rooms at Gosfield Hall must be organized through the Bride & Groom so please be sure to indicate on your RSVP whether or not you are interested and we'll follow up with more details.
Travel to the Ceremony
There will be a vintage double decker bus to Gosfield Hall for anyone wishing to get a ride to the ceremony from London. It will be leaving Liverpool Street station at 11:00am the morning of the wedding and also will have prosecco on board so you all can get the party started early.
It will arrive at Gosfield Hall around 12:30 and also will be making at stop at the Holiday Inn Express in Braintree so that anyone wishing to check into their rooms and have a freshen up will have time to do so before the ceremony at 2:30.
Please be sure to let Kiri or Alex know if you're planning on taking the bus so that we can make sure it doesn't leave without you.
Also, just a heads up that the bus does not have a bathroom, so please don't arrive with a full bladder!
Alternatively, there are trains from Liverpool Street to Braintree every hour, after which it's a 10-15 minute taxi from the station to Gosfield Hall.
